About Dr. Willian Godoy
Dr. Willian Godoy is a board-certified family medicine physician whose training spans comprehensive outpatient
and inpatient care. He completed his family medicine residency at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, where he
served as chair of the Inpatient Committee and contributed to program evaluation and hospital initiatives focused
on diversity, equity, and inclusion. His leadership work included multidisciplinary efforts to strengthen care
quality, patient safety, and service operations, as well as support for resident mentorship.
Dr. Godoy earned his Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in
Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, cum laude, from Florida International University. He is proficient in spoken
and written English and Spanish. His background in family medicine, quality improvement, and team-based care
informs a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to supporting patients and families.
