What is telehealth?

Telehealth is the distribution of health-related services and information via electronic information and telecommunication technologies. It allows long-distance patient and clinician contact, care, advice, reminders, education, intervention, monitoring, and remote admissions.

Same day sick visits are offered for adults, children and infants.

Please make sure to tell the receptionist whether you are a "New Patient" or "Existing Patient", and let them know if you are in need of urgent care.


Telephone Calls


 

Our peak call volume occurs daily between 8 am - 10:30 am. In order to expedite your call, we ask that you contact us after 10:30 to schedule all routine or non-urgent appointments.

Answers to routine questions, prescription refills, and non-emergency calls are returned the same day you call, as time permits. Urgent messages are answered as soon as possible.

A physician is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies.

For emergencies, patients may contact our on-call physician by dialing (718) 949-0146. For scheduling or routine questions, please call during regular office hours.
