NP Rose-Laure Destina, MSN, is a family nurse practitioner who has been part of the MS Family Medicine team
since 2020. She brings more than two decades of nursing experience, including a strong background in critical
care, cardiac care, arrhythmia management, and cardiac catheterization. This experience informs her thoughtful,
patient-centered approach to primary care. NP Destina focuses on preventive care, chronic disease
management, and helping patients make informed decisions through clear education and practical guidance.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing through the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Molloy College.
She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Long Island University and an associate degree from
