If you feel that you are in need of emergency care please go to the hospital and have the hospital contact our office.
If you are admitted to the hospital, please call or have your designated emergency contact call our office and leave a detailed message with our staff or answering service.
Hospitalist Program
In order to ensure continuity of care MS Family participates in our affiliated Hospitals' Hospitalist Programs.
A Hospitalist is a physician who oversees your in-hospital care and collaborates with your primary care physician regarding your treatment. MS Family Medicine works with Hospitalists who coordinate treatment with your clinical care team during hospitalization.
