Denise Middleton-Brown is a native New Yorker, born at Nassau University Medical Center, East Meadow, NY, and nurtured in Freeport, NY by her mother Mrs. Molly Bishop. She is the daughter Mr. Lloyd Middleton. Denise is the wife of William O. Brown and guardian of Tyrece J. Middleton.

Devotedly, has been a member of the Greater Second Baptist Church in Freeport, NY under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Eric Charles Mallette since early childhood. After attending Freeport public schools, she served in the United States Army for 6 active duty years achieving the status of sergeant (E-5). Awarded two honorable discharges, Achievement Medal (2), and Accommodation Medal and she also graduated from the Noncommissioned Leadership Academy. Upon returning to the United States from Germany, she completed an Associates Degree in Science as a Registered Nurse from Nassau Community College, Garden City, NY.

Shortly thereafter returned to serving as a Civil Service employee and Red Cross volunteer at 121 Evacuation Hospital, Seoul Korea, and upon completion Fort Leonard Wood Army Hospital, Missouri. She then went on to pursue and complete a Bachelors of Science degree with honors in Nursing upon being extended an invitation from the school of nursing and a Masters of Science degree with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner from prestigious Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia. Affectionately called NP Brown, she has served as the Director of Nurses and Primary Care Provider (PCP) at Hampton University's Student Health Center, PCP, Mobile Health at Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg, Virginia, & PCP, Multiviz Health, P.C. Currently has hospital privileges at Franklin Hospital, Franklin Square, NY. She owes her success to God, mother, support of family, friends, educators and mentors.
